Zipcar's holiday card makes me think of Oobleck. I don't want things to be *that* kind of green!
I'm having pretty good holidays, aside from being a little sick. I'm coughing, and earlier today I had slightly swollen glands on one side (not happened before) but aspirin took care of that and the stuffy headache, so it's just not-too-serious coughing. The holidays are definitely too short: I've got lots of knitting projects, got to design a Mathcounts lesson with Chinese in it for the benefit of one of my students, got to learn something about how they speak Arabic in Saudi Arabia (I'm going to start teaching English to a Saudi 8-year-old), got things to read and a short story to write. But I'm having a lovely time with family and friends. I even saw Elisabeth W. briefly, and that happens very rarely.
My sister and I found a place called Evergreen near Penn's Landing (in downtown Philadelphia) and bought lots of socks for people, including each other, there. It was fun!
