So, I spent a week putting most of my energy into seeing people (especially my sister) in Princeton, then five days seeing people at Harvard, and now it looks like this will happen at Princeton again as I leave for China on Wednesday. At least in China, though I'll be concentrating hard on Chinese, I expect to be sufficiently alone to be able to write to a lot of people.

Also, I got to see X3 today, and liked it quite a bit. And interestingly, the hand-dryers in the restrooms there have so much force that they create ripples in the skin of one's hand, so it looks like it's peeling off or something...awesome.
