rants filter

I am making an opt-in, opt-out filter for the more angry or lengthy of my rants at society/the US/the world. Some people don't like to focus on this stuff because it's upsetting, or boring, or because I'm missing a lot of big picture (I know that!); others are interested, and it is good to know someone's reading and to have your comments. So if you would like to opt in, and you haven't already opted in (that's storyspoiler, michiexile, inteluser, novalis, and gleameil), please let me know. You can opt in even without an LJ account, as I can allow an OpenID of your choice on Dreamwidth (the problem being then you remembering to check that). I think this will carry over to a filter on LJ, but I have yet to test cross-posting on custom filters, so this will be an excuse to do that.

Yet another rant is coming soon; it's mostly written from my plane flight, I'll post it later. In fact I don't find it that interesting as it confirms things I've read from others, but it vents.
I don't know what I'll post about on this filter, exactly. I rant when things are much stupider than I have thought, or I turn around and realize a piece of the sky is blue when I thought it was green. Issues of discrimination are the name of the game right now as I am interested in better understanding it all.
