well, that was resolved

( explanatory sequel to the rant, more like a petty journal entry )

Grr. Now to prepare for the final tomorrow. Thank God (or rather, Feng 4th-year laoshi) that the last essay is a descriptive one; hard it may be, but nice it will be.

以后我会有什么样的中文经历呢？我不知道。。。I guess it will be the end of a 10-year-long era.　　＊snort* and it'll beef up my resumé.

I canna get o'er...

I feel like I really am a "hop, skip and a jump" away from home. Where a hop is a flight to Tokyo, a skip is a flight from there to LA, and a jump is a flight to Newark.

Or perhaps a hop is the test, a skip the packing and saying goodbye, and a jump the whole plane trip. I don't know.

But I just taught one of my teachers some singing methods, in particular the song quoted above; her relative pitch never had a problem in the first place, so though she has trouble with all the breathing, it was pretty effective. She will in theory memorize the words so that she can sing with me tomorrow (we practiced on "da," of course) as soon as this language pledge is OVER!
